• Responsible for the operations of FTTx Network
• Corrective and Preventive Maintenance
• Implementation of Safety and Quality in site
• Ensure implementation of network design released by design team
• Supervise vendor team in network deployment and aerial construction
• Provide training to the vendor manpower
• Ensure material availability for network deployment and construction
• Ensure end to end connectivity of sites with fiber including splicing and testing of link with laser source power meter, OTDR and handover the link to O&M
• Site Survey and monitoring the site activities.

• Coordinating with vendors for the deployment of manpower, materials and machinery for smooth functioning of the project
• Identifying the Resource and their requirement and planning their mobilization
• Monitoring the quality of Site during Installation as per Bharti Airtel Standard & clearing the Punch Points
• Carried out OSP Survey for Network Implementation for fiber connectivity for FTTX Roll Out
• Familiar with handling Projects & do effective Team Management
• Quality control on Projects during implementation
