Project name: Nestle - Cloud Operations

• My responsibilities are day to day operational activities with respect to Server (Windows) and IAAS in Azure platform.
• Operational activities include building the server/decommissioning the server based on user requirement, VM resizing, VM disk expansion/addition/deletion/disk tier upgrade or downgrade, Troubleshooting OS level issues, Azure related activities like storage account creation/deletion, Private endpoint creation, Resource group creation/deletion, Migrating the VMs to the different RG/subscription, RBAC, VM restoration, data copy, Azure File Sync, Backup, Azure related troubleshooting activities, etc.
• Knowledge in PAAS services like Azure load balancer, Application Gateway, App service plan, storage accounts, Azure Data Factory and Front door
• Good understanding in ITSM process like incident management, RITM , change management and problem management.
• Collaboratively working with internal and vendor team incase of requirement and troubleshooting activities.

• Handled multiple AWS and MS Azure accounts. Deployed and managed cloud resources for our customers by ensuring availability, performance, and security of the workloads.
• Hands on experience in handling different operating systems like windows, Linux, Ubuntu, etc.
• Setting up Autoscaling for instances/ vm and alert notification.
• Created virtual network to host a cloud environment. Performed activities like configuring subnets, creating security groups, setting up VPN tunnel to VPC, attaching EC2 to load balancer, and using Route53 for domain and traffic management.
• Ensured restricted access to AWS and Azure resources by leveraging Role-based access control for the users with IAM.
• Monitored AWS workloads using CloudWatch to improve the visibility of workloads. Also created dashboards, setting up alarms and notifications with SNS.
• Using S3 buckets for data storage and archival. Executed operations like setting up data lifecycle management, versioning objects, object sharing and access control.
• Good understanding in the AWS services like EC2, S3, Cloudwatch, CloudFront, Route53, Cloudtrail, VPC, Elastic load balancer, etc.
• Good understanding in the Azure services like virtual Machine, Blob storage, Azure Monitor, load balancer, App services, Azure migrate, Application Gateway, Front Door, Azure Traffic Manager, etc.
• Knowledge in Rsync and AzCopy tools to transfer files from On-prem to Cloud environment.
