  • Hired to establish the Core IT-Focused SLED Recruitment/TA team with Cogent while they are expanding their operations in IT after having great success in the non-IT SLED public sector.
  • Recruited and managed delivery for top-notch talent solutions for more than 10 Federal Agencies, 35 state clients, involving multiple IT niche positions for multiple county projects, municipality roles, and educational institutions, including both K-12 and higher education.   • Involved in day-to-day catering and serving super niche complications for a top-notch IT position, and achieving a few projects and offers on top-notch IT roles (ex-NG911 Fire Department NY Leadership Team or Super Tech Cyber and Security Analyst for the State of NY - Operation of Tech and Innovation Department, Drupal Architecture for the County of SBC, or GIS Architecture FDNY supporting NG911 upgrades), placing teams on educational institution projects in IT/non-IT functional areas, as well as the non-IT niche side involving setting up a team of Infra Engineer Windows, SharePoint, and MS Suite Engineering Team set up for CPS - Chicago Public School K-12 ELA, higher education, and public university programs.
