I am currently working at Leap Finance for Managing entire International Business expansion, with priority as the Middle east market.

Daily Work involves working incoordination with Sales, Marketing , operations and Product team.

Sales : I manage the sales team, from Training to closure by leading from the front. I was the best performer with highest individual revenue booked in the month of April-2022.

Marketing : I closely coordinate with the Marketing Team for Lead flow on performance marketing, planning marketing events, and lead nurturing of internal databases.

Operation : I directly manage a team of resource manager, with an agenda of streamlining the post-sales system, and making our customers life easy.

Product : I had single handedly installed the entire VoIp and Softphone setup from scratch, required for enabling International calls, further I am working with vendors for CRM deployment.

• I was leading two locations, Hyderabad and Pune, for the PGP in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Vertical (PGP-AIML)
• Ownership of Program Office activities covering End-to-End operational aspects of program delivery, i.e Clients, faculty, senior managers, academicians, industry professionals to various other internal and external stakeholders.
• Achievement: Administered absolute stability and executed the business continuity plan, in the covid-19 Lockdown period, with the overall client satisfaction ratings of 3.6 out of 4 and NPS of 82%
• Achievement: As a part of the business continuity plan pivoted the classroom based premium program to Virtual Live mode with a 97% customer retention rate & zero-loss in revenue.

• At Toppr, I got an opportunity to work on all the 4 major products namely Doubts on chat, Content Team, Stories, Question Bank

Product - Doubts on Chat

• Achievement: Increased the quality of the product by +15% by implementing the 1:1 Tutor Mentorship project
• Achievement: Implemented the Slot booking system which decreased the first Response Time from 130 sec to 20 sec and also decreased the Doubt Resolution time to less than 8 min.

Product - Stories

• Achievement: Increased the production capacity to 200% in 3 months

Product : Video - content Team :

Streamlined the working system & performance metrics of 5 sub-departments, which are required to work in synchronization for video production.

• Achievement: By systematizing the department ,we finished the Video creation Project 20 days in-advance.
