• Review, draft, and manage sales and purchase contracts for coal transactions.

• Ensure all terms comply with company policies and relevant trade regulations.

• Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, shipping agents, and logistics teams for timely coal shipments.

• Monitor vessel schedules, loading/discharge operations, and port documentation.

• Prepare and manage trade documents (e.g., Bill of Lading, Invoice, Load Port Certificates, LC documents).

• Ensure accuracy and timely submission to banks or stakeholders.

• Open, amend, and manage LCs in coordination with banks.

• Ensure compliance with UCP600 and LC terms for smooth document negotiation and payments.

• Ensure adherence to export/import regulations, including local coal policies and international trade norms.

• Coordinate with customs brokers for clearances and documentation compliance.

• Monitor laytime calculations and manage demurrage/despatch claims.

• Act as a liaison between trading, finance, operations, and external parties like banks, agents, and inspection companies.

• Provide real-time updates to management on shipment and trade.

• Address and resolve issues related to quality, quantity, delays, or discrepancies in trade documents.

• Responsible for Stock and Sales of Coke Fraction.
• Developing Business in the Eastern and Southern Market.
• Analysing Markets of Columbia, China and Australia on regular basis.
• Streamline Sales Operations for despatches.
• Negotiation and Appointment of various Stakeholders like Stevedors and Surveyors at Discharge Port.
• Maintaining Quality of the Material.
• Ensuring Timely documents flow between Seller and Buyer for CIF Transactions.
• Timely LC issuance.
• Participations in various tenders of Coking Coal.
• Domestic Purchase of Anthracite coal for Ferrochrome Units.
• Ensuring streamlined movement from Port to Plant.

• Production planning for 0.4 Million Ton capacity of Captive Coke Oven
• Domestic Procurement as per Inventory Planning.
• Analysing Various International and Domestic Reports to understand Market Scenario.
• Preparation of Daily and Monthly Indices of Platts Report for Coal and Coke.
• Ensure Supply Chain movement via Rail and Road.
• Ensure Quality of Coal as per required Blend.
• Appointing Inspection Agencies at Discharge Port.
• Cross Functional co-ordination with Accounts and Finance.
