• Made reports to fetch user data , enable easier navigation to role management.
• Day to day activities involved monitoring incidents/problems/changes ,Analyzing bugs and providing bug fixes.
• Worked on SAP Batch jobs to monitor workflow processing , connections to server drives(directories) and 3rd party integrated applications.
