The Transformation Center of Excellence (TCoE) is an R&D department of Infosys that focuses mainly on developing applications and providing solutions for accelerating the customer's S/4 HANA transformation journey. It also supports clients in their implementation projects.

• Constructed a migration tool for a seamless transition of documents from the ECC database to the HANA database; designed reports for document downloads on the application server and uploads to the original storage, managing the migration of DMS GOS ArchiveLink documents.
• Enhanced EWM processes by integrating AI technologies with robotic systems for task automation; directed robot performance in picking tasks linked to delivery numbers, resolving issues with empty and alternative bins while providing users with AI-driven insights for effective exception management.
• Developed and optimized ABAP programs to support various business functions and improve system performance.

• Customized SAP modules through enhancements and user exits for improved functionality.
• Conducted unit and integration testing to ensure application quality and performance.

• Engineered report for document management system, decreasing document opening duration from over 40 seconds to 15-20 seconds. Sought user input to integrate desired features, modifying previous reports to enhance access speed and efficiency.
• Created API enabling visibility of daily vendor creation and updates within SAP. Facilitated data transfer from SAP to non-SAP systems, ensuring real-time access to vendor information.
• Engineered new report for document management system, fulfilling requirement for quicker access times. Decreased document opening duration from over 40 seconds to between 15 and 20 seconds. Sought user input to integrate desired features effectively. Modified previous reports to support enhanced access speed and efficiency.
• Introduced automation for Miro entry, permitting users to upload Excel documents for mass entry creation. Reduced reliance on manual data input by implementing bulk upload functionality. Facilitated multiple Miro entries through a user-friendly Excel upload mechanism. Enhanced workflow efficiency by minimizing manual efforts in creating Miro entries.
• Streamlined bank entry automation by removing the need for Excel downloads, enabling direct file uploads for efficient entry posting. Established notification mechanism for users and HODs regarding transaction issues, integrated FTP server connection to minimize manual uploads, and ensured accurate tracking of duplicate entries with transaction ID and document number notifications.
• Analyzed production dumps to identify and resolve issues.
