Roles & Responsibilities : -

• Reviewing Customer Lpr forms thoroughly
• Making sure If everything is matched with the Inquiry screen as such Customers name,address,signature & Zip code .
• Process cancellation or change as per valid request and if state specific apply that condition
• Send 10952 letter for if any information is missing
• If something is suspected then escalate the policy to the onshore team .

Home pre renewal & Indexing -

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Pend & transfer the Policies in different Teams In & other organization as per the message
• Renewing the customers policy as per the guidelines
• Sending them confirmation letter after process the policy
• Changing their address as per form working with the app USPS

Claims -

Roles & Responsibilities : -

Managed and processed insurance claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Processed and reviewed insurance claims, including property damage and liability claims, verifying policy coverage and assessing damages.

Maintained a high level of customer satisfaction by effectively communicating with policyholders .

Conducted on-site inspections and investigations to assess the validity of claims, determining liability and negotiating settlements.

Working there if heavy Inventory or tat is missing

Other Roles & Responsibilities : -

Process receiving inventory control and save TAT.

Daily reporting & sharing data with up liners

Resolving queries related to process .

Giving support process training to new comers & mentoring them

meet daily target without miss & 100 % of accuracy .
