· Dealing with brand POCs for regular market connectivity and also to understand the products and Rate Updation in the market.
· Follow-up of the Entire Process from Order Sharing till the GRN.
· Monitoring the POs in each Stage such as Manager Action, Procurement Head Action, Pricing Action and Finance Action to get the PO in live and make the payment to the supplier on time and ensure timely delivery of stock to the warehouse.
· Negotiating with the suppliers for the Price, Cash discount, Schemes and for the delivery of stock.
· Sharing the GST Pending details to the suppliers on time for the smooth operations.
· New Executives were also trained for the same roles and now they were handling their own separate Warehouses.
· Make sure the products have the shelf life as per the company standards.
· Implementing the New Products in the region with the help of Sales team.
· Meeting the Suppliers Periodically to know the consequences they face.
· Referring of the Various Reports Such as Target Prices, Fast Stock Balance, Item Price list and Item Check list etc.
· Vendor Code Creation for the onboarding Suppliers.
· Planning,Scheduling,Monitoring and controlling the Projects using the Microsoft Project plan.
· MPP helps to prioritize the project task and also helps to define the activities of the project.
· Project Timeline view makes the project managers easier to present the status to Stakeholders,management using MPP.
· Resource management can be done using the Microsoft project plan such as percentage allocation to each resource,Start date,End date and Predecessors helps to link the multiple task.
· Prioritizing the Projects based on the Meetings with Project owners and Client requisitions.
· Root cause analysis meeting is carried out to Classify the type of issue.
· Using the Change management system getting details of Change request,Bugs and SOW items created by Clients,Product Owner and Qc team.
· Responsible for maintain and ensure that all metrology instruments and gauges are calibrated.
· Responsible for the Layout Inspection, Inprocess Inspection and the Final Inspection.
· Responsible for internal Calibration of all Gauges, fixtures and templates.
· Analysis of customer complaint and inhouse failures and initiation of corrective action.
· Verify and approve the first part inspection report of parts produced.
