5. Development of Mid-Course Correction Strategy and Exit Strategy for blocks under Start Up Village Entrepreneurship Program (SVEP).

6. Development of Growth Strategy for Existing Micro Enterprises promoted under SVEP.

7. Preparation of State Wise and Block Wise reports for Performance Tracking of Enterprises against benchmarks.

8. Development of Field Facilitator's Guide for implementation of Non Farm Livelihood Project based on the experience of SVEP.

9. Development and Customization of Formats and Modules based on the requirement of the state team.

10. Organizing reviews for the State Teams and other thematic verticals of Kudumbashree NRO for tracking progress and preparation of action plans.

1. Development of various policies for Project Implementation of SVEP with reference to Mizoram State.

2.Coordination with Mizoram State in implementation of SVEP and Non Farm Livelihood Project.

3. Coordination of Capacity Building of Human Resources placed in the field for project Implementation.

5. Preparation of Annual and Monthly Plans to facilitate a smooth implementation of the Project.

5. Field Visit to understand the progress of the enterprises based on Performance Tracking System.

6. Documentation of Case Studies and Best Practices from the field to use as a knowledge sharing resource across states.
