• Comprehensive knowledge of methodologies and principles of Change Management
• Own and chair the Internal Change Advisory Board (CAB)
• Ensure the process is followed for all type of changes before pushing the change for approval
• Evaluated clients needs and created plan of action to provide solutions and reporting thru SNOW
• Determined areas for improvement and implemented processes to alleviate problems.
• Interact with Incident Management, Problem Management, , Release Management, Configuration Management and other operational team as necessary, to ensure that any associated risks are understood.
• Responsible for coordinating all change function for Infrastructure and application related changes
• Ensure change KPI's are meet and establishing SLA's from team
• Support and deliver Change Management service training.

• Adhering to Accenture policy & having a quality free report
• Ensuring that the appropriate background check(s) are conducted on the final candidate.
• Following with 20 Accenture authorized Supplier for BGC report
• Reviewing the background check report and advising the appointing authority that the candidate is cleared.
• If the employee fails in his Background Check informing the Business and ensuring that the employee is rolled off with immediate effect.
• Managing the BGC Quarterly Audits.
• Maintaining a Master Tracker for BGC which has all the appropriate dates & closures for the resources
• Having a weekly call with the suppliers & discussing on the pending cases.
