• Prepare regression test plans along with the process leads of each team and update their regression test plans with both manual tests and ATF , so that the regression test execution can be conducted as effectively as possible during the servicenow upgrade testing.
• Participate as Test lead and to include different teams for testing to ensure a high automation percentage.
• Prepare smoke test plans-For the most critical business functionalities, the product streams must prepare smoke test plans for the production upgrade weekend. These smoke tests need to be executed to ensure that business can continue after the production upgrade.

• Implemented Automation to test the functionality of ServiceNow- Facility Administration and to complete the ServiceNow mass requests transaction and maintain data in Service now Production Environment.
