Job Description

  • To manage store output in terms of sell out metrics, sell out value and volume, conversions bills Per invoice. Reporting and Monitoring store performance metrics.
  • To manage customer experience at the store and ensure uniformity and high standards of quality in terms of service managed at store driving customer retention and strong loyalty.
  • To maintain, train, motivate and manage all front line staff and ensure that they follow all SOPs and Inventory Control.
  • To ensure that all processes for customer interaction are implemented, to manage customer feedback, complaints and audit survey results.
  • Store Management and adherence to retail standards.
  • Responsible for maintaining the look and feel of the store as per the V.M.
  • Responsible for the achievement of sales target given by the organization.
  • Managing cash flow in and out of the store.
  • Responsible for organizing tasks and managing work schedules and attendance efficiently.
  • Responsible for staff retention and engagement is high through motivation, coaching and guiding.
  • Staff Briefings should be done on daily basis.
  • Handling customer's complaints.
  • Stock availability and stock replenishment.
  • Responsible for controlling the shrink while doing the physical inventory high value stocks on daily basis.
  • Handling the audits at store level i.e., process, safety and mystery audits.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Top 100 selling articles on the floor.
