• Negotiating Contracts

• Verifying property chains & titles related documents Before Making Deals (specially in resale transactions)
• Facilitating possession and property handovers
• Oversee and manage legal and required documents completion between buyers, sellers/promoters/builders, and bankers/financial institutions/legal advisors for home loan and other legal documentation

Property Management:

• Managing lease properties and renewal records
• Managing Sale properties and data's
• Maintaining customer database in CRM Application

Sales and Marketing:

• Marketing on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Google Business
• Posting properties on various property portals
• Video Creation and Editing
• Company branding engagement through social media

Market Analysis:

• Keeping updates about market trends, primary and secondary market conditions, current & future developments changes
