- Prepare, execute and monitor settlement investments. If manual tickets are required, prepare for CSM review and approval.
- Process Custody trades and other transaction required for Custodian.
- Ensure all the Transactions have been settled.
- Execute funds transfer to and from the relevant accounts, and ensure all disbursements comply with BNY policies and procedures.
- Review internal operating accounts for receipt of funds, transfer of funds, etc. and perform account reconciliation if applicable.
- Monitor receipt and disbursement of funds.
- Complete all administrative duties within prescribed and agreed upon time frames.
- Ensure accuracy of all research conducted on queries and subsequent responses prior to submission to relevant parties.
- Follow-up with Operations in relation to the processing of transfers to ensure that requirements are met for timely processing, accurate update of systems and delivery of new security.
