Conducted external credit ratings of borrowers, delivering independent and unbiased credit opinions. Responsibilities included:

• Explaining the analytical process and information requirements to clients, and liaising with them to obtain the necessary data and documentation.
• Meeting and interacting periodically with client management teams and promoters.
• Analyzing financial data to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and creditworthiness through financial ratio analysis and company assessments.
• Designing models to assess various financial risks, and evaluating market conditions, and economic trends to forecast potential impacts on client organizations.
• Performing stress testing and scenario analysis to assess financial resilience under varying market conditions.
• Preparing detailed rating notes and company research reports with rating recommendations, adhering to stringent ethical standards, independence, objectivity, and rating criteria.
• Presenting rating reports to the Rating Committee for review and approval.
• Staying abreast of regulatory guidelines, as well as economic and industry-level developments that could affect ratings.
• Conducting ongoing surveillance and periodic reviews in accordance with company policies.
