Roles and responsibilities:

• Drive comprehensive outside-in analysis on prospective clients to create value proposition
• Analyze target customers’ operations, financial, business objective and key strategic priorities
• Conduct thorough research to understand key challenges, trends and latest developments in the industry
• Develop compelling business case with project economics capturing NPV, IRR, payback period and TCO
• Carry out performance benchmarking assessment for prospects to figure out process gaps
  Drive continuous improvement in all deliverables including approach, content, analysis and presentation
• Support business case development related to implementation of future solutions
• Establish good working relationships and collaborate with colleagues across Alight to provide high-quality VE assets and models to drive value selling
• Collaborates with aligned client advisory team, client executive, and client delivery leader to ensure mutual understanding of opportunity
• Build new models, methods, procedures and practices to enable various stakeholders with value based selling
• Build thought leadership content in focus areas of business
• Support ad hoc research requirements (go-to market strategy, industry insights, etc.) and broader organizational initiatives

• Effectively execute all value-based activities in the sales cycle to drive customer consumption and remain engaged with customers ensuring successful value realization through their Alight journey
• Conduct quantitative analysis, ROI modeling, and value realization benchmarking
• Create & deliver business value deliverables to customer CXO roles
• Drive business value discovery workshops with CXO, BU leads and practitioners
• Support the development of new value assets, tools and collateral, helping develop the practice
• Educate Alight sales teams on value engineering best practices to improve value-based selling

• Support the onshore stakeholders in various research report preparation activities such as Banking system profiles, company profiles and sector reports
• Research and analyze sectors, companies, market/regulatory developments and report on financial performance to support credit analysis
• Support in creation of management presentations and deliver reports or analysis on ad-hoc basis

• I was part of the Cognizant Research Centre (CRC) - an internal research division of Cognizant Technology Solutions
• Key responsibilities: Company profiling, industry landscape/opportunity evaluations, industry bench-marking, competitive intelligence, management profiling, earnings analysis, analyst notes, newsletters, M&A prospect screening & due diligence, social media analysis, PESTLE and SWOT analysis, and other thematic assignments for a wide array of industry verticals
• Preparing reports on Digital Initiatives, IT deals, IT developments of the company, Digital strategy, framework etc., Key vendors,!competitors, clients etc
• Support the Business Development/sales Team in pitching in deals for Cognizant

• Analyzing key private placement/mergers and acquisitions/public offering transactions across globe in terms of amount invested, utilized, investors participated, new company structure, etc
• Conducting research through an effective use of news aggregators such as Factiva, Lexis Nexis, Acquire Media, NewsEdge, Thomson Reuters, Duns & Bradstreet, etc
