Contribution:

• Diagnostic (ISO 14229), PEPS testing, and Degraded Mode testing for VKM [PK].
• Designed and executed diagnostic test cases for automotive ECUs using UDS services, covering session control, security access, read/write data, routines, and DTC management.
• Performed ECU flashing and bootloader validation, ensuring robustness across different operating modes and failure scenarios.
• Developed CAPL-based automation scripts in CANoe to validate diagnostic services, reducing manual testing effort and improving test coverage.
• Conducted DTC analysis and fault injection to validate ECU behavior under normal and abnormal conditions.
• Worked extensively with CAN, LIN, and Ethernet networks for ECU communication and diagnostics verification.
• Executed HIL testing to validate ECU functionality in real-time hardware environments.
• Used Python and MATLAB for test automation, data analysis, and result evaluation.
• Collaborated with system, development, and integration teams to analyze issues, debug failures, and support root-cause analysis.
• Managed and traced requirements using DOORS, ensuring full test coverage and requirement compliance.
• Supported regression testing and continuous integration and continous testing activities using Jenkins.

• Designed, reviewed, and executed requirement-based test cases with full traceability.
• Developed and maintained test automation using CAPL in Vector CANoe environments.
