  • I worked on a British Telecommunications project that handles UK customers' broadband and landline plans. I was in the Chatbot module where I worked on developing new text-based features in Chatbot so that customers can directly resolve their issues self-reliantly through Chatbot conversations. They can view their package and billing details, as well as other information. At the same time, it gives them the ability to change their plans and resolve issues on their own. It's a tool that helps to complete tasks easily through a virtual agent, remotely.
  • Worked as a chatbot developer, building it using the Rasa framework and machine learning models. The chatbot in the backend uses various micro-services and REST APIs to handle customer requests. Working and enhancing those micro-services to properly resolve customer queries which are containerized docker images deployed on Kubernetes.
  • Worked on various testing and infrastructure automation tasks using Selenium and Pytest.
  • Built a user interface from scratch to display pages that show automated order progression tasks using the Flask web framework. Developed the backend using Selenium automation and SQLAlchemy to automate database tasks. This makes it easy for infrastructure users to handle and reduces the time taken to resolve tickets enormously. Built this project from scratch. Deployed it using gunicorn and nginx. Worked on end-to-end design, development, and deployment of this project.
  • Handled a team and working on different projects simultaneously. Working with Git deployment and releases.
  • Built Random Forest model to categorize stuck order tickets based on different features.

Used chatterbot framework and machine learning models (Random Forest, SVM, KNN) to develop this efficient and useful bot.
  • Admin Bot using Rasa NLU and Rasa Core: This bot is used by several of thousands of employees in eClerx to solve the issues of hr and admin. Used Rasa Core and NLU to develop this chatbot.
  • Port Detection using YOLO: Customers face difficulty to detect the ports correctly when it’s the cable issue related to port. Port detection and classification helps to clearly visualize the status of the ports which can be possible cause of cable error. Used Yolo model to train and develop this project.
  • Video Analysis using YOLO and OpenCV: It’s a project that is very helpful to remotely assist the customers to give the best experience. Analysis of different videos automatically helps to reduce manpower to a huge extent. With the help of OpenCV packages built automation to get deep into thousands of videos using multithreading and multiprocessing. Also used Yolo to build the model. And done deployment using AWS sagemaker. Worked on end-to-end design, development, and deployment of this model.
  • Image Captioning using CNN and LSTM: This project aims to do classification and captioning the images automatically. Initial stage was web scrapping to collect a good number of data that were then used to train deep learning LSTM model to do image captioning.
  • Worked on employee data analysis and churn prediction using GradiantBoosting classifier.
