• Orchestrate the safety strategy and execution for a high-complexity 50 KM stretch of the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor, managing a 25-member SHE team and overseeing 2,000+ contractor workers to uphold a "Zero Harm" culture.
• Led comprehensive internal and external audits, including MARS, CFT, and RCM, collaborating with DFCCIL stakeholders to identify gaps and close 100% of high-risk observations through root cause analysis (RCA).
• Delivered safety training on risk Reduction program (RRP) to all TPL employees as a certified "Train the Trainer"and awareness campaigns on ZETO and covered 100 % staffs .
• Promoted a proactive safety culture through leadership, communication, and consequence management.
• Lead end-to-end EHS management for railway formation, bridges, track laying, ballast works, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with DFCCIL, Indian Railways, corporate, and statutory EHS requirements.
• Prepare and implement EHS Plans, Emergency Response Plans, HIRA, JSA, and Method Statements.
• Manage PTW, block protection, heavy lifting, night working, and high-risk rail activities.
• Drive contractor safety audits, inspections, and CAPA closure.

• Lead EHS MIS, client reporting, Digital App analytics, and SBU safety reviews.

Project: Modification and refurbishment of the terminal buildings (T1 and T2) at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport (SVPIA), Ahmedabad, with client Adani.

• Managed EHS for civil, structural, electromechanical, and fire systems to ensure compliance.
• Achieved two million LTI-free man-hours with Adani as a client.
• Coordinated daily safety handovers between shifts, ensuring zero FOD incidents and timely departures.

Project: Western Dedicated Freight Corridor (EMP-16), Gujarat Scope: Electrical & Mechanical Works (422 km)

• Led the installation and commissioning of traction substations, sectioning posts, and sub-sectioning posts across 50 km.
• Managed the complete lifecycle of Overhead Equipment, including mast erection, bracket fitting, and complex jumper for a 2x25 kV configuration.
• Oversaw safety protocols for 2x25 kV OHE, TSS, SSP, SP, AT stations, and SCADA systems.
• Controlled high-risk activities related to OHE erection, stringing, energization, and testing.
• Achieved seven million LTI-free man-hours through stringent safety measures.
• Conducted DFCCIL and client audits with 100% compliance to regulatory standards.

Project: Supreme Court Additional Office Complex (High-Rise Building Project).

• Directed comprehensive EHS management operations, ensuring compliance with site-specific SHE plans, policies, and statutory requirements.
• Enforced general and critical work permit systems, and monitored the safe execution of all construction activities.
• Oversaw the inspection and certification of equipment, tools, and machinery, maintaining valid documentation, and preventing unsafe use.

Project 01 – Greenfield Airport Construction Project (New Terminal and Service Buildings

Project 02: Tunnel & Powerhouse Construction Project (Teesta-VI Hydroelectric Project, 500 MW)

• Delivered Zero-Incident Outcomes: Successfully completed the construction of the new airport terminal, service buildings, and structural works with zero major incidents.
• 7 million safe man-hours were achieved during the Greenfield Airport project through proactive hazard identification, strict permit-to-work enforcement, and continuous safety monitoring.
• Strengthened Safety Culture: Conducted awareness campaigns (Safety Month, National Safety Day, World Environment Day), and delivered regular training programs, improving compliance and reducing workplace risks.
• 4 million safe man-hours: Achieved in the Teesta-VI Hydroelectric Project by implementing hazard identification, risk assessments, and corrective/preventive actions.
• 10 km Tunnel Excavation: Successfully completed with controlled blasting, ensuring proper ventilation, air quality monitoring, and worker health protection.
• Emergency Preparedness: Developed and executed site safety plans, incident call-tree activation, and evacuation drills, minimizing response times during critical events.
• Heavy Lifting Operations: Supervised the safe lifting and erection of Francis turbines in the underground powerhouse, as per approved SOPs and methodologies.
