- Successful execution of multiple railway electrification projects, including telecom and IT to complete Railway electrification in various locations across Gujarat Province of ~700 Rail Km and 60 SCADA commissioning
- Acted as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) on-site, effectively coordinating, and liaising with inter-departments and HQs resulting in clearance of 10 projects files and closed 12 group projects from start to handover.
- Managed the order and supply of materials and tools required for project implementation by preparing estimates for work, and tender contracting as per governments regulations of approx~600 million
- Supervised and led the site team of 12 subordinates and 06 different contract firms with 100s of site workers, ensuring a cohesive and productive work environment
- Conducted negotiations saving in 74 million INR in approx for worth 900 million of tenders and diligently monitored scope, cost, and schedule changes.
- As Nodal Officer, had Pivotal role in Digitalization of Office working for implementation of e-Office (led 150+ officers onboarding & training),e-procurements on Gems ,e-tenders on IREPS & e-bill on IPAS platform
- Delivered 08 Detailed project reports with well-defined milestones, consistently monitoring progress and budget adherence, progress updates, change proposals, and presentations to management and stakeholders.

- Led the service migration from Nokia to Huawei 5400 wireless nodes swap and launch of new services in Bihar and Jharkhand ensuring a seamless transition

- Played a key role in field trials and testing of new LTE/3G features in collaboration with Huawei R&D team as feedback to product development team for feature optimization.
