  • It increased the professional service top line by 12 million USD and got multiple multiyear ARR contracts that added to the companies’ revenue
  • Led Vertiv BR1 implementation in supplier collaboration space as part of their supply chain digitization and centralized procurement initiatives, helped in the expansion of e2open footprint at Vertiv as program lead working with ASD and BU leadership
  • Multi-phased implementation of manufacturing collab solution for ON Semi and Marvell Semiconductor within budget and on time this was around 1.5 million USD BR1 contracts
  • Have led these implementations from discovery to closure, with multiple supplier onboarding, and got additional change requests
  • Successfully led Dell MTCM solution upgrade and EMC migration project, this was a high-visibility churn project which I was asked to lead in the middle of the implementation cycle
  • I took over this project, and the solution was live in 3 months with all the requirements being met, got an engagement for the next phase and a few years of work
  • In the first few months as program manager, led contract renewal and upsell process for Micron, Maxim (now ADI), bringing around 1.5 million USD per year in ARR, PS, and Managed service contracts.

  • Led a team of solution architects, engineering lead, and engineers and delivered the first phase of the E2MC solution for Bosch-AE as per the defined scope, budget, and time in the signed SOW
  • Supported E2MC upgrade and new feature implementation for NXP and AMD
  • For Maxim (now part of ADI group) reimplemented the manufacturing collab solution and onboarded 16 suppliers in 3 months, pivotal to their GES global go-live in 2018
  • All this was done with 3 resources
  • Since then, Maxim has been using implemented E2MC solution, and this account has an ARR of 200K USD/year
  • Did multiple upgrades for the Micron E2MC solution
  • During the 2nd planned upgrade, reduced upgrade duration to 1/6th of the first upgrade, and that too with minimal staffing
  • Did upsell for disaster recovery setup and completed DR setup and qualified it as per Micron standards
  • This brought an additional 500K USD in ARR per year since 2017
  • Delivered enhancement worth 6000 hours in 3 years as SA for Micron
  • By 2018 reduced resource utilization on this account by 3 times
  • As my first project, stabilized the Micron manufacturing visibility solution and onboarded 18 suppliers over a period of one year, also delivered multiple CRs
  • Since then, Micron has signed multi-year Support, PS, and MS contracts
