- Resolving conflicts between vendors, contractors, internal staff or other stakeholders related to project objectives.
- Reviewing drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness prior to construction commencement.
- Identifying cost saving measures that could be implemented without compromising safety or quality standards during the project life cycle.
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors in order obtain best pricing while maintaining quality standards.
- Supervised installation of materials and equipment for compliance with drawings and specifications.
