In my role as Assistant Manager Sales and Marketing (OEMs) at the JBM Group, I oversee a multifaceted set of responsibilities are as follows

  • Manage the entire RFQ & RFI process from existing and new customer
  • Handling OEM customers like Mahindra, Bajaj and PVPL Etc.
  • Mentored junior staff members in their professional development by offering guidance/support in their assigned roles.
  • Facilitated clear communication between employees and upper management through regular meetings and updates.
  • Quotation preparation, submission and negotiation

  • Getting data from CFT teams for getting overview of monthly performance of sales and target to present to management and achieving yearly target
  • Doing market research for identifying new business opportunities
  • Resolution of a long-pending investment negotiation with an existing customer, resulting in strengthened partnerships and enhanced trust
  • I initiated strategic cost improvement measures, optimizing vendor and customer pricing
