  • Lifecycle management of recruitment demands for Capgemini Group Functions, specifically Group Finance, Procurement and Corporate Real Estate (CRES). Tracking/reporting of demands from submission till fulfillment stage, coordinating with multiple stakeholders globally. Recruitment advertising (CG internal). Maintaining communications, updating internal portals with important changes. Maintaining trackers for critical data.
  • Implemented multiple process improvements at low/no cost that greatly increased process efficiency. Prepared bi-annual hiring reports directly for Capgemini CFO and for company wide distribution. Conducted quarterly/ half-yearly global onboarding sessions for Finance new joiners
  • Worked directly with VPs, EVPs, and CFOs to craft strategies to reduce company cost by offshoring of demands. This is a role with very high visibility.
