• Managed End to end operations for Loreal India projects, (~ 350 resources) such as onboarding/offboarding, SO Lifecycle, Forecasting, raising SOWs, Project Reporting, Curating Loreal knowledge archive on Degreed platform, maintaining Loreal resource database, organizing client visits as client liaison, driving global trainings and initiatives etc.
