- Proactively manage the timely renewal of all Employment Visas and Labor Permits.

- Sending employees, a notification on documentation required prior to their visa/labor card expiring.
- Managing the visa checklist as when the rules on visa/labor changes.

- Maintaining database of all passports and residence visas by scanning all documents and directly updating the database when details change.
- Maintaining and update the Free zone site on a regular basis by checking for expiry on portal accounts and ensuring to manage the minimum required fund on the portal.
- Renewing all company related licenses prior to their expiry date.
- Sending out notifications on documentation required to renew trade licenses and complete surveys, etc.
- Required by the government bodies at the time of license renewals.
- Submitting detailed reports related to visa expenses to the finance department.
- Submitting required documentation to the banks and process bank transactions as advised by the Finance Department.
- Managing administration and HR projects from start to finish by finding partners, making detailed plans and executive projects.
- Supporting HR functions, including new hire orientation and equipment allocation.
- Establishing positive working relationships with colleagues, manager and customers through regular communication and effective anticipation of needs.
- Decreasing corporate costs by researching pricing, ordering and maintaining office equipment.
- Supporting timely and accurate administrative task completion.
- Helping employees with day-to-day work and complex problems by applying motivational and analytical strategies.
