Terminal Operating System (TOS) Management : Utilized the Terminal Operating System to coordinate container movements, track operational progress, and support efficient planning of vessel, yard, and gate activities. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in system usage to optimize terminal performance.
Operational Data Management : Maintained accurate data entry and monitoring within the Terminal Operating System, ensuring container records and operational information are updated in real time. Identify and resolve minor system issues to prevent operational disruptions.
Team Shadowing : Shadowed teams in Project Management, Customer Service and Continuous Improvement to gain a broader understanding of port operations, service delivery, and process optimization initiatives.
