• Delegating tasks to assistants and providing guidance and support to ensure the completion of their work efficiently.
• Generating and synthesizing complex reports for senior management to support decision-making and performance analysis
• Reviewing and advising client employees to prepare manual expense reports as well as employee iExpense submissions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Efficiently addressing and resolving incoming email inquiries, maintaining prompt response times.
• Strategically preparing and periodically updating detailed process documentation to reflect changes in operational procedures.
• Engaging directly with clients to identify, address, and resolve any discrepancies or concerns.

• Preparation of various reports for senior managers
• Cash handling and other day to day functioning
• Check up with the actual stock and physical stock
• Daily checking cash balance after all cash payments and receipts
