- Organizing various activities for Enquiry Generation & regular tracking of enquiries generated, conversion ratio and guiding the team to improve upon it
- Personally ensure that scale of the dealership operations are as per set business plan & timely escalation in case of deficiency
- Field visit plan of field DSP
- Review of previous visits and giving suitable guidance
- Progress in enquiry generation through various sources (Salesmen, Activity, Brand Ambassador, Walk-in/counter, OCC, Workshop & Web/call Centre)
