· Responsible for maintenance of critical fields such as coupons, factors, rating, different kind of dates and more by Coordinate with Bloomberg, DTC & BBH and IMS groups to ensure accurate setup in application for any security changes under different situations

· Responsible for setup STIF Cusips for different currencies as well updating different currency rates.

· Interface as a primary liaison contact for all ad-hoc and complex inquiries related to Global Asset Maintenance department

· Conduct research and resolve discrepancies in coupon, factor, trades, and security set up for over 30-40 cases daily from accounting on incorrect IP & PD/PU, from trade booking on BUY & Sell trade and from Corp action on relevant events

· Oversee daily activities and provide training/desk top procedure process, research resolutions to understand risks and controls of security master to offshore joint venture partners

· Preparing MIS report for daily basis, SLA report on monthly basis for clients.

· Facilitate with various IMS IT groups to provide advanced knowledge of various types of securities instruments and assist corresponding teams on Macro projects.

· Connect with IMS IT group on idea driven project to make risk free and time saving process

v Do have knowledge of Collateral. (BCI, BCO, CCI, CCO, Margin.) and Corporate Actions (Full & Partial call, Name Change, Stock Split & Reverse Stock Split)
