• End to end on boarding process of employee's (Software-Spine HR)
1) Issuing offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, contact extension letter, contract end letter etc
2) Maintaining & tracking detailed record of the employees of a company,
3) Carefully adhere to all rules and regulations of the company.
4) Administer the entire hiring process of new employees.
5) Ensure the compliance of the employees with all HR policies
6) Completing joining formalities-Joining Form, create UAN No & ESIC No., create insurance policy, police verification, medical certificate.
7)Resolving employees problems.
• Process the Payroll (Software-Spine HR)
1) Followup with employees for attendance as per attendance cycle.
2) Prepare attendance template and send to accounts team for Invoice processing.
3) Maintaining records of attendance & leave record for salary processing.
4) Preparing salary structure as per state wise.
