Roles & Responsibilities

• Designed and configured SLP template to smoothen vendor onboarding process.
• Designed and configured workflow setup for SLP template, enabling different approval levels and also actively involved in SLP template upgrade.
• Designing Ariba template Full/Quick projects,resolving technical/functional issues faced by users.
• Commodity code /UOM clean up activity for Contract Invoicing and P2P flow.
• Enabled Intercompany Invoicing for Contract Invoicing and for Ariba Guided Buying purchasing for P2P flow and Invoicing.

• Create Approval bases on business needs such as approval of Requisitions based upon user profiles.

• Led cross-functional teams to design and implement process to onboard suppliers via Ariba SCC , Supply chain Collaboration.
• Supplier enablement using Quick and Light enablement , modify Supplier enablement communication templates.
• Actively involved in co-ordination with suppliers and buyers to enable the TRR relationship for active suppliers in Ariba network.
• Actively involved and configured various transaction set rules to enable P2P process and Invoicing.
• Configure and enable required settings from SAP S/4 side to enable the P2P & Invoicing Integration from Ariba and SAP S/4 side for successful vendor onboarding.
