  • Active part of the team ESAP (Enterprise Service Activation Platform) which is the activation of VOIP Switches at enterprise level.
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives aligning with Senior Project manager.
  • Identify and resolve risks to minimize project disruption.
  • Update Stakeholders and senior leaders on progress and roadblocks.
  • Generate weekly and monthly status reports for helpful progress tracking.

  • Primary responsibility as End User / Application support engineer to provide end to end support to all the VoIP Stakeholders and Provisioning Team via Chat/ Emails / Tickets through centralised ticketing tools.
  • Monitoring the inflow of tickets and making sure the tickets are meeting the SLA
