ForesterService deprecation(Kindle Create and Kindle Previewer):

• Kindle Create and Kindle previewer are desktop application which were developed in C++ library for Windows and MacOS support.
• Forester is an internal service which is a metrics logging system(Captures user events and publishes to internal storage systems through a public endpoint with POST request) and is in a deprecation path and all the clients are asked to onboard to alternative ways to process logs and metrics. We have another recommended product called SushiEelService(Internal metrics logging systems) which can accept data from external devices and transport to S3 buckets, with data pushed every minute.

Integrated GenAI into ticketing system, improving workflow efficiency.

• Configured and deployed GenAI SummarAIze across resolver groups, streamlining incident management workflows by automatically generating concise summaries of lengthy tickets upon user updates, offering stakeholders quick overviews of ticket context, root cause analysis, and current status.
• Provided technical support for applications and systems used by global teams.
• Diagnosed and resolved application issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborated with developers to enhance application performance and functionality.

Executed critical migrations including JDK8 to 17, CDKv1 to v2, and MAWS to NAWS, while securing services with cloud authentication at software/application level.

• Automated deployment pipelines for continuous integration and continuous deployment, writing integration tests for end-to-end testing during deployments, which eliminated manual interactions and supported avoidance of service outages.
• Executed critical migration projects to enhance system performance.

• IhmAuthentication Dashboards: Worked on Authentication operations - Worked on creating dashboards to provide authentication options for store associates in Amazon physical stores across the globe.
• Dashboard operations: Provided options to Unblock a user, Block a user, Unblock a device, Block a device and Password reset. These are the common issues facing associates which will impact business in stores, so I have provided these features to unblock themselves by contacting store managers immediately.
• Business impact: These dashboards impacted to unblock associates themselves in business timings immediately without reaching the developers via tickets and also the process to perform these operations was automated and eliminated manual effort.

Managed device health metrics.

• I have worked on Managing Log data from all Android Devices across globally in Amazon physical stores, managing Logs/Metrics Data and ensuring storage in S3 and Cloud watch which decreased business costs and increased efficiency. The project used S3 and the data was sent via API gateways by automating the process by running a periodic Job and AWS Lambda was used to generate presigned URL from s3 bucket to upload Log files.
• Led a key project that reduced AWS storage expenses and implemented essential log storage features for effective customer issue resolution.

• Assisted customers with technical issues by analyzing service logs while working around the clock.
