Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure and Utility Management.

• Maintain and manage all critical plant utilities: HVAC, DG sets, compressors, chillers, UPS, fire safety systems, LT/HT electrical panels, and Kroft Powercon rectifiers.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of production cleanrooms, compressed air lines, power systems, and water treatment plants (STP/ETP).
• Monitor energy consumption, and implement energy conservation practices.

Preventive and breakdown maintenance.

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules (PM plans) for all plant facilities and utilities.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions for any breakdown or facility failure.
• And maintain spares inventory, vendor coordination, and AMC tracking.

Safety, Compliance, & Sustainability

• Ensure adherence to statutory safety norms.
• Environmental regulations and factory compliance.
• Coordinate with EHS teams for facility audits, safety drills, and emergency preparedness.
• Implement 5S, TPM, and Kaizen in facility management. Project Management: Lead facility expansion, machine relocation, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams for civil, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Prepare and monitor facility budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, and utility cost optimization.

Team and stakeholder coordination.

• Manage a team of facility technicians and third-party staff. Liaise with the production, quality, EHS, and admin teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare maintenance MIS reports, checklists, and performance dashboards.

• UTILITY Maintenance: 160KW ELGI compressor, Cummins 2000KVA DG, HT panels, LT panels, panel substation, diesel yard, LPG yard, fire hydrant, pump house, HVAC systems.
• CEIG Rule 30 Inspection Documents.
• Ensure and maintain safe and healthy environment in shop floor for man and machinery.
• Improving the effectiveness of maintenance equipment, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
• Managing maintenance operations in the machine shop, assembly, utilities division, and robot welding shop.
• Catering to breakdown, preventive, and predictive maintenance of all kinds of PLC-controlled SPM machines and CNC machines.
• Formulating budgets and planning for R&M (Repair and Maintenance) expenses.
• MTTR and MTBF Documents
• Spares management: critical spares planning and execution.
• In-depth knowledge in the management of operations and maintaining the plant at available capacity, inclusive of the Repair and Maintenance Budget, Energy Budget, Manpower Budget, and materials planning, scheduling, procurement, and distribution as per requirements.
• Proven track record in implementing cost-saving measures to develop manpower skills, safety measures, and ensuring compliance with various quality measures.
• Overseeing the planning and execution of TBM and CBM (Time-based and Condition-based Maintenance activities).
• Achieved zero accidents for the working area.
• Improve the machine's efficiency and reduce the operating costs.
• Competency mapping, evaluation, and risk mitigation planning and execution.
• Contingency planning and periodic review for all machines.
• Preparing and presenting MIS reports for management review meetings.
