• Time management in projects: Successfully ensured the timely completion and commissioning of key National Highway infrastructure projects, including NHIDCL's first completed traffic tunnel in India (Chisopani Tunnel), the 48 m Chuba Khola Bridge on NH-10, and 12.926 km of the Singtam–Tarku (NH-510) highway, for which Part Completion and Commercial Operation Date (COD) were achieved within the project framework.

• Innovation & Technology Adoption: Spearheaded the adoption of advanced construction technologies, including CTSB and CTB pavement layers to enhance pavement performance and project efficiency. Implemented self-drilling rock anchors with reinforced soil walls and geo-cell facias for stabilizing vulnerable riverbank stretches and sinking zones, delivering sustainable, resilient, and cost-effective geotechnical solutions in challenging Himalayan terrain.
