- In First make model using pro-e for all components and then go to assembly. In that assembly we find out overlapping and clashing than modify model to suit customer requirement.
- Design the different types of components then converting 3d to 2d drawings finally release to tooling & machining.
- If we need proto sample to verify our design or customer asked we go to make proto sample.
- Selection of materials and preparation of bill of material for new products.
- Preparing 2D Drawings confirming to ISO, DIN, JIS, ANSI standards for sample making.
- Preparing DFMEA and PPAP for New product designs.
- Taking Corrective & preventive actions for the failures through 8D problem Solving Techniques.
