• Introducing the Data Governance Program to the key-stakeholders and their respective roles and responsibilities around it

• Identifying CDIs, Processes and Metrics of the client along with their Data Management, Business and Security Standards to build and manage the Catalog and Glossary accordingly

• Designing/Customizing business processes for client data domains around a variety of requirements including custom incidence management process and attribute maintenance while also leading the implementation
