Accountable for planning, executing, and governing quality for a global Supply Chain application deployed across more than 23 international markets.
Own the complete QA lifecycle for Agile releases, ensuring functional correctness, system stability, and business readiness across highly customized regional versions.
Define and drive test strategy covering functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios, while ensuring alignment with business priorities and release timelines.
Act as the single point of accountability for quality sign-off, risk assessment, and defect leakage prevention.
Lead and mentor a QA team of 6–7 members, managing daily execution, workload distribution, review of test artefacts, and adherence to quality standards.
Support onboarding and upskilling of new team members while maintaining consistent delivery outcomes across parallel workstreams.
Build and maintain Selenium WebDriver automation using Java and TestNG to stabilize regression cycles, reduce manual effort, and improve release predictability.
Contribute hands-on to automation execution and maintenance while ensuring the framework supports evolving application changes.
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure early clarity on requirements, acceptance criteria, and UI/UX expectations.
Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, driving transparency, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
Over the last 4 years, operate in a hybrid QA Lead and Business Analyst capacity for UI/UX initiatives, validating business requirements, user journeys, usability flows, and design alignment, ensuring functional and experience consistency across markets.
Earlier in the role, gained strong foundation as a Manual Tester during the first 2–3 years, executing test cases across both Waterfall and Agile models, with a focus on requirement comprehension, scenario design, and defect analysis.
Additionally contributed as a Performance Testing resource for the same application, validating system behavior across 78+ change implementations spanning 8 different markets, ensuring scalability and performance stability under varying load conditions.
Extensive hands-on experience using JIRA and TFS (Azure DevOps) for story tracking, test execution management, defect lifecycle control, reporting, and release traceability.
