1. Optimization Model:

• Participated in requirements meetings to understand business needs.
• Extracted and interpreted data patterns to translate findings into actionable outcomes
• Used Regression models to forecast the payments based on historical data.
• Utilized Python and SQL to clean, manipulate, and analyze datasets from multiple sources
• With Naïve Bayes model, solution was built to check for the probability of the payments
• Built a solution to recoup the balances from providers by cross mapping it to other providers by forecasting the payments
• This model was able to collect ~1Mn collection each month.

2. Error Propensity Model:

• The objective was to propose a classification model to detect whether the claim audit is clean or error
• Collaborated with business/operations team to analyze and understand business and develop solution
• The model was able to predict an error rate of 8% on an average versus the QA auditors were able to find 4% error rate

3. Forecasting Model:

• Handled Claim Cost Management area involving claim processing, clinical audits, collection process
• We delivered budget forecast close to ~95% accuracy on a monthly basis
• Worked extensively on financial planning using predictive models and time series
• Provide objective and analytical insights on current business performance versus the forecast.

Assisted US based users with Office troubleshooting, OS troubleshooting, VPN & VDI troubleshooting through chat, email, and calls.
