• As SR.MANAGER Goldstone teleservices ltd Conducted all India market survey, prepared feasibility report, interacted with DSIR LTD Department of Scientific & Industrial research) Govt. Of India. Obtained funds to implement strategic mission of the company (Gold Stone Tele Service Ltd) and successfully Launched advanced technology product composite insulators (POLYMER ) for the first time in the country
• During my service in Gold stone replaced 25 kv porcelain insulators with polymer insulators in Chennai from Beach station to Tambaram
• Optimized the Design for 11 kv polymer insulators with 3 sheds meeting the customer specification.
• Conducted Seminar in TNEB (Tamilnadu State Electricity Board) –Chennai for senior Executives on Polymer Insulators and obtained the product Approvals.
• Conducted field trials on polymer Insulators for Railway application in South Central Railways-Secunderabad.

• I had successfully interacted with GE (Transportation) of USA & CANADA, EMOD (Germany) WELCO (USA) for mortar laminations and assemblies.
• Visited USA, GERMANY, FRANCE, OMAN & U.A.E. Interacted with the customers and identified the potential customers for export market for electrical steel laminations.
• Effectively conducted product demonstration and participated in International Conference for insulating materials in EXPO ’05 held at Indiana Polis, USA.
• Effectively conducted product demonstration and participated in coil winding international & electrical insulation exhibition – BERLIN-GERMANY
