As part of my master’s dissertation at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), I am working on the recombinant expression and characterization of KRAS wild-type and mutant variants—proteins directly implicated in cancer progression and drug resistance. With hands-on experience in molecular biology and protein analysis techniques, I thrive in lab settings, enjoy learning new technologies, and aim to contribute to impactful research in healthcare and life sciences.

Bhabha Atomic Research Centre
  • Project Title: Recombinant Expression, Purification, and Site-directed Mutagenesis of KRAS Wild-type and Mutant Variants.
  • Expressed and purified KRAS proteins using Nickel-NTA affinity and FPLC-based gel filtration chromatography.
  • Assessed protein purity via SDS-PAGE and characterized protein stability and structure using Differential Scanning Fluorimetry (DSF) and Circular Dichroism (CD).
  • Gained practical experience in protein biochemistry and molecular techniques relevant to cancer research and drug resistance.
