3. Designs and documents custom developed and custom configured solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and C#/.NET code.

4. Created CE reports and custom dashboards using SSRS and custom forms Worked with Agile Development Methodology Designed a plugin to generate case number on create of new record.
