- Engage with the customers pre-sales and post sales to enable a better product understanding and help Develop and manage end-to-end project plans with Budget Overview
- Review and develop distribution of key reports, requirements, specifications, business process and recommendations related to proposed solution
- Also, oversee assigned work related to training deliverables and manage retention
- Update the internal stake holders with multiple report on sales and service, help senior managers with metrics leading to right strategic business initiatives
