• Hired Backend Engineers (java), Mobile Developers (Native android), Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Python Developers, SDET (Testing), Analyst/ Sr Analyst(non-tech) and HRBPS
• Managed lateral hiring and international hiring in the North America region
• Managed DS/ML Hiring for all teams in Inmobi Ads
• Well-versed in working with ATS - Greenhouse
• Managing 8-12 roles at any point in time.
• Experience with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Instahyre etc.)
• Set up interview rounds, feedback collection & sharing.

• Worked on Mid-Senior & Leadership Hiring for various clients
• Responsibilities included understanding the technicalities of the client's requirement, interfacing with clients and candidates, creating well-defined mapping lists, preliminary screening of the right profile against the given requirement.
