List Execution Transformation (LET) for American Express Client

Overview:

• LET is a marketing application focused on campaign processing, designed to select eligible American Express credit card customers for various offers.
• MnM, another marketing application, provides essential card member data for campaign processing within LET. This initiative is part of American Express's enterprise-wide strategy to execute and maintain timely marketing campaigns.

Key Components:

• Campaign Initiation: Marketing campaigns are initiated through the DART Tool. Execution: Campaigns are executed using UNICA, with data extraction and transformation performed via Informatica and Unix scripts.
• Database Management: Campaign lists are maintained in DB2 and Netezza, supporting the filtering of eligible users for targeted marketing offers.
• Objective: To effectively identify and reach customers who are most suited to receive marketing offers tailored to their respective credit cards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Served as the primary point of contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the LET and MnM Marketing Application.
• Automated legacy processes using shell and Python scripts, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Diagnosed and resolved production issues by analyzing application flow, addressing client queries, and user stories.
• Collaborated effectively with team members to prioritize and resolve high-impact development and production issues.
• Proactively identified issues, assessed impacts, and implemented planning measures for continuous improvement.
• Provided permanent solutions to production issues while coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Onboarded new team members and conducted knowledge transfer (KT) sessions for team and client stakeholders.
