Nandini Sharma

• IT governance of risk and compliance processes such as records management, policies exception management, control standards, application onboarding, Third Party control, SaaS compliance etc.
• Responsible for representing LOB in partner meetings around compliance and tracking timelines and schedules for completion of risk remediation.

Technology Manager:

• Experience in technical and architectural discussion with development and architect teams.
• Agile transformation and adaption of scrum framework, process, and mindset. Coach team on agile principles.
• Extensive partnership and collaboration with US tech and business teams for planning and delivering the release items.
• Shift left strategy for all applications which includes planning for early automation, implementation of CI/CD pipeline for smoke suite, utilization of standard frameworks and ROI of automation. Implementation of Test Management Practices, adoption of QA best practices and solutions.
• Tracking metrices like defect density, defect slippage, velocity, sprint burndown, code coverage etc.
• Resource management, performance appraisal, vendor management and competency planning.

• Owning end to end delivery of multiple projects, managing people & vendor. Agile+Waterfall
• Working experience with testing processes (manual and automation – QTP/Selenium/frameworks) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Test Life Cycle (STLC).
