Create any type of orders like Preventive Maintenance orders, Breakdown orders, Refurbishment orders, Accidental orders, Installation & Commissioning orders, Inspection orders, General orders, Dismantling orders, Routable overhauling orders, Accidental breakdown order, Repair & Maintenance order, Accidental breakdown order

Create any type of notification related to above mentioned orders

Equipment receive procedure from other site and commissioning procedure in physical way and in SAP also

Create the Purchase Requisition as per information with right material code, Groups & specification etc

Weekly maintenance of equipment’s as per our site prepared maintenance schedule

Periodic maintenance equipment’s

Daily monitoring of fast-moving items at store which are applicable for our equipment’s

Manpower & Equipment allocation at site as per site requirement

Prepare monthly analysis report of equipment’s

Prepare DPR of hire equipment’s

Preparation for Audit from all points of view

Prepare Monthly assurance report like Equipment Health & Equipment Safety report as per HO format
