Description :

The iEngage portal is used internally at Infosys, where employees can manage and schedule events, seek feedback, set goals for team leads and team members, and provide feedback about meetings and various activities. It was developed to consolidate multiple tasks into one platform, allowing us to manage everything efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Attending the KT calls and understanding the existing application and identifying the test scenarios and creating test strategy document.
  • Creating the test cases for testing purpose as per the requirements.
  • Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects.
  • Identifying and rising defects in JIRA.
  • Creating, management of defects through defect cycle management tool called JIRA.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues.
  • Regression test will be done weekly where I have to run the scripts that i have written and send the test results to the development team.
  • Testing the application Manually and creating tickets mentioning the defects.
  • Reported any problems or malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
  • Compared and analyzed actual to expected results and reported deviations for resolution.
